Personality: Oliver can be is a bold Pichu who says what he wants, when he wants, despite any possible consequences. He’s the one who will turn any awkward situations even more awkward and seems to be happiest when causing some kind of trouble.

Despite this, he is a good Pichu underneath and is loyal to those that he trusts. Oliver will sorta lay off causing these awkward moments once he gets to know you but just a fair warning to anyone wanting to befriend him; you’d better be ready to accept both the good and the bad when dealing with this loud and obnoxious Pichu.
